The mother of Ewatomi Awoleke has cried out for help to save the seven-year-old girl, who has been diagnosed with large restrictive ventricular septal defect. Ms Oluwatosin Ajoke Gbolahan said her daughter required N3.5 million to perform surgical operation.
Ewatomi was first diagnosed at Lagos University Teaching Hospital and was referred to Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospital, Osun State.
According to Awoleke, a medical pediatric cardiologist recommended immediate commencement of oral diuretics and surgical repair with the payment of N3.5 million.
She appealed to spirited institutions and individuals to come to her aid.
