Enugu Rangers General Manager and Chief Executive Officer, Amobi Ezeaku, was on cloud nine after making his debut in the club’s 2-0 victory over Niger Tornadoes in the Nigerian Premier Football League (NPFL) on Sunday.
At the Ahmadu Bello Stadium, Kaduna, Rangers coach Fidelis Ilechukwu gave the nod to Ezeaku, who came off the bench in the second half after Chidiebere Nwobodo and Godwin Obaje had given the visitors the lead in the first half.

“The feeling is indescribable. This club means a lot to me and all of us. We adore the badge. It’s been a dream to wear the jersey of this club and play for the club. And I’m glad to get a chance”, he said.
“I’ve lived all my life playing football, adoring this game. But beyond that, I’ve been properly conditioned by the coaching crew of Rangers for this moment. Every club has a story and this could be ours”.
