Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has reappointed Mr. Gboyega Akosile, as his Chief Press Secretary (CPS).
With a demonstrated history of working in the media and communication industry, Akosile is skilled in journalism and integrated marketing communications. Strong business development professional, he has MBA in Business Administration and a Master’s in Theatre Arts from the University of Lagos. He first served as Deputy CPS in the first two months of Sanwo-Olu’s first term from May 2019 and was then announced CPS.
Akosile’s reappointment was announced on Monday by the Head of Service to the state government, Mr. Hakeem Muri-Okunola, who said that it was with immediate effect.
Upon the transition to Sanwo-Olu first and second tenures over a month ago, Akosile was appointed Media Adviser to the Governor.
