Soludo presents certificates to 3 new Anambra traditional rulers

Anambra State Governor, Chukwuma Soludo, has presented certificates of recognition to three new traditional rulers in the state.

The traditional rulers include Igwe Odudu 1 of Ihite, Orumba South, Igwe Timothy Ifurunwa; Igwe Ugodinaobi of Azia in Ihiala, Francis Chikezie and Igwe Orazulunye of Nkwelle Ezunaka, Oyi Local Government, Igwe (Sir) Obiora Anachuna.

Soludo disclosed this on his Facebook handle on Tuesday.

The governor said the ceremony took place at the Governor’s Lodge in Amawbia area of the state on Tuesday.

He wrote, “Today, I presented certificates of recognition to:HRH Igwe Timothy Okwudiri Ifurunwa (Igwe Odudu 1) of Ihite, Orumba South; HRH Igwe Francis Ugochukwu Chikezie (Igwe Ugodinaobi) of Azia in Ihiala and HRH Igwe (Sir) Obiora Anachuna (Igwe Orazulunye) of Nkwelle Ezunaka, Oyi Local Government.

“The ceremony took place at the Governor’s Lodge in Amawbia. I congratulate these esteemed leaders on their well-deserved recognition and look forward to working with them to promote peace, progress, and development in our dear state.”
