Super Falcons defender nominated for Houston Community Impact Award

Super Falcons defender, Michelle Alozie has been nominated for the Houston Community Impact Award.

Alozie is recognised for her work as a cancer research expert at Texas Children’s Hospital.

The right-back is a member of the research team tasked with identifying alternative treatments for acute myeloid leukemia.

The 26-year-old also performed admirably on the pitch for Houston Dash.

Alozie scored four goals and provided one assist in the regular season for the club.

The Houston Sports Awards will take place on 30th January 2024, at 713 Music Hall in downtown Houston.
