Tinubu joins Buhari for Jumaat prayers in Aso Rock

The President-elect, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Friday joined President Muhammadu Buhari to perform the Friday Jumaat prayer, held at the Aso Rock Mosque in the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

The prayer session was led by the Chief Imam of the Mosque, Malam Abubakar Sulaiman.

Muslim faithful in attendance includes the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila; Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, hon. Alhassan Doguwa; and National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (rtd.).

Others are the Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Malam Abubakar Malami; and some heads of para-military organisations and other Muslim faithful.
