In a statement in Gusau, the state capital, Chairman of the forum, Alhaji Bello Acha said that Anka’s appointment brings to six the number of members of the forum who had either been elected or appointed to various strategic positions in the Lawal administration.

They include former SSA Finance and Economic Matters, Ali-Akilu Muhammad Bungudu, who is now Accountant General of the state.

Others include: former SSA Skills Acquisitions, Alhaji Nura Almajir Gusau, now Special Adviser on the same portfolio; former SSA Protocol Matters, Hon. Others are former SSA Youth Mobilisation, Abubakar Imam Barrister, now Chairman of Gusau Local Government Council; and former SSA Office of the Executive Governor, Comrade Abdulmajid Rabi’u Anka, now Deputy Chief of Staff, Government House, Gusau.

Describing the appointments as well-deserved, Acha, the Sarkin Yakin Gusau, urged Anka to leverage his vast working experience to bear in actualising the governor’s missions, which he said had started manifesting in uplifting and equating the status of the state to its sister counterparts in terms of growth and development.

He called on his colleagues to further rededicate themselves to the service of humanity, pointing out that working under Lawal’s rescue mission is a source of pride to any appointee and a rare privilege, as the Administration is well on course.
