Nigerian streamer and TikTok personality, Peller, has expressed frustration over his parents’ conduct at his recent white wedding to fellow content creator Jarvis.
Peller’s parents, who are separated, both attended the wedding ceremony with their respective partners.
However, the streamer revealed in a video shared on Wednesday that he confronted his parents over their decision to bring their partners to the ceremony, despite his earlier request for a low-key event.
According to Peller, he had asked his parents to limit the number of guests they brought to the wedding, but they allegedly ignored his request.
He said his mother arrived with her boyfriend, while his father came with his girlfriend, which he claimed contributed to turning the ceremony into a party.
“I’m tired, I’m tired of all these things. I changed it for them oo, no be small,” Peller said.
“Because I told them to invite just a few people, but my mummy dey carry her own boyfriend come, my daddy carry his own girlfriend come.
“All of them just turned my wedding to party. Polygamy is very hard, I’m from a polygamous family,” he added.
Peller and Jarvis held their highly publicised white wedding over the weekend, following their traditional wedding and court marriage.
The couple’s wedding ceremonies attracted significant attention on social media, with several celebrities, influencers and fans following the events.
