Ginger-Eke emerged as a winner in the Rising Voices category of the PR Power List, organised by GLG Communications as part of activities commemorating the 2026 World Public Relations Day.
The colourful award ceremony, held on Friday at Mike Adenuga Centre, Ikoyi, Lagos, marked the fifth edition of the prestigious recognition programme and attracted some of the biggest names in Nigeria’s public relations industry.
Among the dignitaries in attendance were the President of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Dr. Ike Neliaku; Chief Executive Officer of the Public Relations Consultants Association of Nigeria, Dr. Nkechi Ali-Balogun; former President of the African Public Relations Association, Chief Yomi Badejo-Okusanya, who is also CEO of CMC Connect LLP; and Executive Director of THOP, Mr. Kwame Senou, who is also Advisor of Edelman Africa; alongside other distinguished communication professionals and industry stakeholders.
According to GLG Communications, the PR Power List celebrates outstanding public relations and communications professionals whose work has significantly impacted organisations, influenced public discourse, and advanced the communications profession over the past year.
Reacting to the recognition, Ginger-Eke, a fellow of the NIPR, described the award as both humbling and inspiring, saying it is a reflection of the collective efforts of his team and the confidence reposed in them by critical stakeholders.
‘I am deeply honoured to receive this recognition of excellence for the modest contribution we are making in shaping the public relations and communications ecosystem. I see it as a testament to the dedication, creativity, and excellence of our team at The Rainbow Strategy.
‘This is a call to do more in delivering strategic communication solutions that create impact, build trust and contribute to the continued growth of the public relations profession in Nigeria’, he stated.
He dedicated the award to young and aspiring communication professionals striving to make meaningful contributions to the industry, encouraging them to embrace innovation, professionalism and ethical practice.
A dedicated and resourceful member of the FCT chapter of the NIPR, Ginger-Eke reaffirmed The Rainbow Strategy’s commitment to raising the standard of strategic communications and data protection compliance through innovative storytelling, reputation management, stakeholder engagement, and value-driven public relations campaigns across both the public and private sectors.
